We’ve truly enjoyed living here. We think we have the best management team, and I don't say this lightly! From the day Alexander gave us a virtual tour two years ago and entering our unit to a mini Jenga, wine glasses, and essentials bags, every process and touch was thoughtful. Nicholas, Mason, Kevin, Scott, ..., all our maintenance team and concierge staffs have always been so responsive, kind, delightful, and helpful. I cannot recommend this building enough! It truly has it all. The location is unbeatable for commuters—it’s directly across from the Alewife train/bus station, and the on-site garage is a huge plus if you drive. It’s also one of the only buildings in the area with a 24/7 concierge, which makes me feel incredibly safe and secure. The amenities are top-tier and actually functional. Kevin did efficient, respectful work and made the whole washing machine repair process smooth and easy. Kevin and Alex are the best when help is needed!
Great location and very peaceful. The common areas are excellent, and the management and maintenance teams are incredibly warm and professional. Highly recommended!
Kevin from the maintenance team is awesome! Super fast and responsive every time we need something fixed - we had a broken washer and he replaced a new one after we submit the ticket. Thank you!
