The leasing office is excellent! Nicole and Alexander always try their best to help and provide solid solutions. Kevin from maintenance is always great about fixing and changing appliances. The general maintenance is responsive and fast. Would say it is one of the best place to live around Alewife station area.
I’ve had a very positive experience living here. The shared amenities — including the grill area, lounge, and pool — are well-equipped and always clean, making it easy to relax and enjoy the community. Both the concierge and maintenance services are reliable and responsive. I’d especially like to thank Kevin from the maintenance team. When our clothes dryer broke, he came quickly and fixed it right away. His professionalism and prompt support really made a difference.
I recently moved into Cambridge Park Apartments, and my experience so far has been very positive. The community is well-maintained, with beautifully landscaped grounds that make the environment feel welcoming. The amenities, including the gym and outdoor pool, are excellent and convenient for me. We’ve been living here for just under a month and we already love it. First of all, the location is fantastic. It’s a great place if you have kids, very family-friendly, but even if you don’t, it’s still peaceful. I’ve never seen kids running around in the lobby, so it’s quiet enough to work comfortably in the common areas.The maintenance team is amazing, always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, even with the smallest issues.
