Package management here is amazing! Other apartments I've stayed at always have package delivery issues but never here. Scott, Mitch and everyone else at the front desk make sure everything that gets delivered here is taken care of.
This is one of the best places we’ve lived in the U.S. We moved here a year ago after living in Texas, and we couldn’t be happier. The apartments are spacious and well renovated. The entire team—from management and maintenance to the concierge, Scott, the director, and the rest of the staff—is fantastic. We’ve truly enjoyed living here. We think we have the best management team, and I don't say this lightly! From the day Alexander gave us a virtual tour two years ago and entering our unit to a mini Jenga, wine glasses, and essentials bags, every process and touch was thoughtful. I cannot recommend this building enough! It truly has it all. The location is unbeatable for commuters—it’s directly across from the Alewife train/bus station, and the on-site garage is a huge plus if you drive. It’s also one of the only buildings in the area with a 24/7 concierge, which makes me feel incredibly safe and secure. The amenities are top-tier and actually functional.
