I lived here for a year, and I would highly recommend this place. The management is handled by wonderful professionals! I was impressed by the professional work of Conrad (maintenance), Kristen (property manager), and Samantha (leasing consultant). All of them were so helpful and generous. My daughter just move in, great experience so far just want to say thank you Conrad for getting the technician to come over to take a look at her microwave that was not working and getting it replaced that same day, thanks again for going above and beyond.hats off to you brother very professional, respectful and kind.
I've been living at Cambridge Oxford for a month now - it has been wonderful! The apartment is beautiful and spacious; the amenities are modern, high quality, and clean; communication from management about events and logistics is efficient and well organized. Since before I moved in or even picked up my keys, Samantha Johnson was incredibly helpful in providing information about move in and answering my questions with efficiency and care. Conrad has also been incredible in helping with any maintenance related concerns!
Moving in was easier than I could have imagined. The apartment was spotless and everything had been renovated. The management team was so kind and helped every step throughout the process. I would highly recommend looking into Oxcam.
I have spent wonderful five months at Cambridge Oxford Apartments. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting New Haven. It has very friendly staff. The good spirit of the building is its conservator Conrad who has helped me with many things - always with a smile.
