Conrad is an incredible super intendent! Our dishwasher broke and he got us a new working one in less that 20 hours. When I get stuck in the vestibule because my phone has died and I can’t get into the building, Conrad runs over to open up the door for me. He has the best stories and is such a wonderful supe, couldn’t imagine living in the building the past two years without him.
Can’t express what a great place this place is to live. Everyone that works here is amazing, and a special thanks to Conrad, a massively helpful person. If you live in the area or go to yale or something, this is the place to find an apartment.
Best superintendent ever! Conrad is seriously amazing and makes living here so worth it. Whenever something needs fixing, he shows up super quick - like in 20 minutes quick! He always asks how my family's doing and seems to genuinely care about us as people, not just tenants. The maintenance work is always top-notch too. Honestly, having such a responsive and kind super makes apartment living 100% better. Five stars all day!
A great place to live but the super (Conrad) took it to a whole different level: helpful, efficient, and beyond kind!!
I lived here for a year, and I would highly recommend this place. The management is handled by wonderful professionals! I was impressed by the professional work of Conrad (maintenance), Kristen (property manager), and Samantha (leasing consultant). All of them were so helpful and generous.
