Cambridge on the Lake is a great community. We purchased new snow removal equipment this year. We have barely had any snow this year but Abel took care of it. We didn't know cleanliness was an issue at the your building because you didn't contact the office but we will talk to your janitor. Unfortunately the costs of goods and services has gone up since Covid. Your current President works overtime on a volunteer basis for your building. She is very good and diligent following through. Cambridge on the lake used to be an amazing place. Ever since the new management came in unsalted parking lots, not enough cleaning and HOA went higher in the last 2 years. Also in my building we used to have an amazing president who would care the residents in the Picardy building, but he left and everything has gone worsened.
