I moved in from out of state. Everything went smoothly, then COVID hit and everything went downhill. Beyond the minor inconveniences everyone had to go through, there was an electrical FIRE (which they never informed the residents about, the manager said "we don't have to tell the residents about it"), so yeah a FIRE knocked out power to my building for over 2 months.
