Lived here 10 years changed management company 6 times . I like where I live, just very unorganized and can’t keep a maintenance person a month or 2 . Overall living conditions 8 out of 10. Outside and property kept clean . One of the playgrounds is very nice and safe

Appreciate Tim Black and Jay both for assisting me with my appliances this week. Things have gotten really chaotic these past weeks being as though my appliances decided to stop working, but thanks to maintenance for doing everything that they said they would.
I'm not sure why they don't answer the phone or return calls. But if you're trying to put in an application GOOD LUCK!! What is corporate phone number??
