Extremely disappointing experience with Mitsubishi Cambridge Service. I feel extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I have received from Mitsubishi Cambridge. I would avoid buying a car from Cambridge Mitsubishi at all costs. Go anywhere else. My experience with them has been a complete nightmare. They sold me what is essentially a lemon, and when it came to addressing the ongoing issues, their customer service was atrocious. They offered to look only at problems that had already been fixed rather than taking responsibility for the actual outstanding issues. We had a clunk in the front end of our vehicle which was under warranty. Clunk was not taken care of by service department. Then when it was out of warranty we paid deductible for extended warranty for a problem that existed prior to the car being out of warranty. After many visits to the shop we had the vehicle looked at another dealership and they advised as to what the problems were.
