Horrible experience with front reception staff. I made appointment for today (Feb 11) for 8am last week (Feb 5). Was asked at time of booking name health card number doctors name what I needed done. Need chest x ray and abdominal ultrasound. Was told I didn't need appointment for x ray but would be done when I get ultrasound done and needed appointment and was told Feb 11 at 8am and I needed to fast for 8 hours. They are very lazy and don’t care about public health
No sense of giving instructions, very poor communication skills, very unprofessional
I had a great experience during my ultrasound, thanks to Payal. She was extremely professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained things clearly, was very patient, and handled everything with so much care. It really made a difference and eased my nerves. Thank you, Payal, for such excellent service!
I recently came in for a pelvic ultrasound, including an internal ultrasound, as recommended by my doctor due to ongoing pelvic pain. I let the technician know at the beginning that it was my first time having this procedure and asked if she could please be patient and go slowly. Instead of being understanding, I was told that the internal ultrasound was “optional,” even after explaining that my doctor specifically recommended it for clearer imaging of my ovaries.
