I have never met a more ignorant group of people in my life. No greeting and no verbal communication. Pointing to tell me to go sit down. The receptionist taking negatively about her coworkers and expressing how they are all annoying. Everyone sitting in the waiting area hearing this about her other team members. Completely disrespectful and unacceptable behavior. Being a manager with a very large corporation this would result in discipline. Coach your team and teach them compassion and respect.
Good service and response. The staff is nice and friendly.
Front desk representative lacks professionalism and basic decency. It appears as if they are working there without any pay. Does not recommend this facility.
Very poor customer service skills by reception. Results were sent to thr wrong office. Six days later I asked the results to be re faxed to the doctor's office. The results didn't go through. I ohoned agin and got rhe response was "we deal with hundreds a day". Shockingly poor processes and lack of accountability.
