The receptionist staff, and tech that helped me out were ever so kind and caring. I can't thank them enough for the fast help and support. What a friendly team. :)
Although reception took her sweet time to acknowledge that I was waiting, I was taken back for my test right away and the technician, Sara , was fantastic. She was kind and professional the entire time.
Booked appointment 5 weeks out. Waa there first thing, only to wait as they opened late. Had multiple appointments for same time, now watching as three people go ahead of me.
We went there for ultrasound, they were not busy so we got the turn quickly. Things seemed fine there
Terrible experience. I had an x-ray and ultrasound appointment scheduled for 1:40pm on September 29, 2025. I arrived at 1:30pm. I was finally called in for my ultrasound at 2:10pm. After that proceedure, I asked the reception desk when my x-ray would be done. He asked me to take a seat and wait for my name to be called. I waited for about 10 minutes and then asked again when I'd be seen. He indicated that I was next. He left shortly after that and was replaced by another reception.
