We recently had an ultrasound here, and I just have to say how grateful we are to Mr. Qasim (apologies if I’m spelling that wrong). He was incredibly kind and took the time to really understand our situation. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the best care possible. Made an appointment for a repeat mammogram. For some reason they didn't bother to add me to the breast screening program as requested at my first mammogram (my gp inormed me I was overdue and gave me a new requisition). I grabbed the incorrect requisition for the appt and the person working on Saturdays sent me away. I called to cancel and reschedule and they didn't call back. The front desk staff were not very accommodating or nice to be honest. I received an email on Friday for confirmation and responded. Response back said it was confirmed. I called the office, the morning of my appointment. I was wondering about changing my day and I was told there wasn’t anything available. That was ok.
