My mother has mammogram done 2 years before, technician who was lady also( covered her head) doesn’t know the name now was very rude and has unprofessional behaviour with my mother. I told her in advance my mother's language barrier and also explained my mother everything. I was waiting outside the door and technician was screaming at my mother, she even didn’t bother call me if my mother was not doing right, she was just keep doing her job and give negative comments about my mother which is not acceptable either. I had a great experience at this imaging centre. The staff were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. I walked in and, luckily, they had a spot available, so they were able to take me in right away. Qasim was especially helpful and made the whole experience very smooth and comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service!

I had imaging done here with Bushra, and she was fantastic from start to finish. She was super efficient, respectful of my personal space, and had me in and out in no time without ever making me feel rushed. The clinic itself was great, clean, organized, and running right on schedule. It's rare to find a technologist who balances speed and efficiency with such a warm, respectful approach.
