I’m a current resident of Cambridge manor and have not enjoyed my experience in the past two years. We’ve had multiple instances of not having hot water which takes up to 2 days to fix and we’ve also had multiple false fire alarms go off with no reasoning. It’s overpriced for a one bedroom apartment with very little amenities. We also had water bugs in our apartment the first day we moved in and it took over two weeks to exterminate them it’s ridiculous to let people move in without inspecting the unit properly and having th... read more
(Rented in Cambridge Manor in Hackensack) Please read the reviews before deciding to go with Ridgetop! Even one-star is generous. This management is money-hungry and they will keep as much of your deposit as possible based on made-up evidence. They take advantage of their residents to benefit themselves and do not care for the their residents. Even though it worked out somewhere else I thought I would share my true and honest experience. I've been in the Market to downsize after seeing several..... developments as we all can see there's many to choose from in the Hackensack area. I must say at Cambridge you might be getting the biggest bang for your buck! as for space.
