Very poor customer service.
No communication skills. Look at you crazy if you show up at the office and hold checks instead of depositing them. Totally incompetent. If you need property management, go elsewhere . They haven't fixed the irrigation behind my street for years, now it's all weeds. Pathetic.
Worse than worse. Condescending and ineffective. Mgmt and staff.
This company is the worst. Most people use the same password for many things. This company breaks every rule regarding passwords by emailing it to you on a regular basis. The owner brought up my complaint about it at a BOD meeting attended by many residents as “see look what I have to put up with” prompting this review. As you can tell, not very professional.
