I would like to ask Horton if there are plans to build a children’s playground in our residential community. The neighborhood is very densely developed, and almost every household has children, but there is no safe and convenient place for them to play. The existing playground is too small and located far away, so it cannot meet the needs of all the families here. A new, well-designed playground would make a big difference for the community.
I've had the pleasure of working with the D.R. Horton team in Pingree Grove twice now and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. I cannot express how supportive and empathetic this builder is. The closing in my home was extended for more than 10 weeks, and finally fell through. DR Horton held my home until I found another buyer. My sales agent at DR Horton, Nicole Lawler, was also extremely supportive and would check in on me very often during the sell process, not to follow the new listing; rather to check in my well being.
