Es ist ein Lowbudget Motel, das weiß man. Ich finde es aber erschreckend wie „normal“ es anscheinend wird das Zimmer verkommen, nicht richtig gereinigt werden und es den Besitzern offensichtlich egal ist. Über das Zimmer kann ich nicht „klagen“ aber das Personal? Sorry…. Ich hatte ursprünglich 2 Nächte gebucht. Meine Pläne haben sich geändert sodass ich nur eine Nacht brauchte. I booked this room for the weekend for my birthday and when I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was kind but I was very upset because I did not receive any check-in instructions nor was I told that there was a $100 cash deposit. Whether or not the deposit is refundable at the time of my check out, I feel that that needs to be disclosed before my arrival. We only stayed for one night. Showed up closer to midnight and left by 10am the next morning, so didn't even stay 12 hours. Both myself and my family member had a hard time sleeping as the king bed was very sunken in the middle and we were both covered in bed bug bites the next morning. I have over 50 bites on my torso alone.
Het hotel is een maand geleden door een nieuwe eigenaar overgenomen en als ik eerdere reviews lees is er nu zeker geïnvesteerd in handdoeken en schoonmaak van de kamers. Wij hadden bewust gekozen voor een goedkope overnachting en dan kun je geen 5 sterren verwachten. Voordelen: goedkoop, goed matras, schone en ruime kamer, mooi uitzicht, 5 minuten rijden van centrum Palm Springs met zn gezellige restaurant en behulpzame receptionist. I really enjoyed ,my own patio with the entrance to the pool. The location was great, not too far from downtown Palm Springs. Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and helpful.
