They took 100$ deposit cash but when I wanted to check out at 8am the receptionist said he doesn’t have the money!!!!! And that I need to wait and mess my entire schedule just to get my own deposit back! or leave without the deposit. Then the receptionist complained I’m giving him a hard time and kicked me out of the reception, says he doesn’t want to hear my mouth!!! And I should watch myself!!!! Disgraceful customer service not to mention constant construction work and police visits
We only stayed here for one night, but it was a very disappointing experience. During our stay, the walkways were being washed with water, and the water ended up flooding into our room. Our personal belongings, including important documents, were soaked. Instead of offering real assistance or any form of compensation, we only received a very minimal apology. We were simply told to put our important documents out in the sun to dry. This is completely unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this place at all.
This is my first day here and I love it customer service 10000% room 10000% amazing view of the mountains i love it here so far
