I typically avoid leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately, my experience here left me with no choice. I booked a room directly through their website, but upon arrival, I found the doors locked and had to wait outside for about 30 minutes. I eventually had to call the office line just to have someone come open the door. Once inside, I was informed that the property had been overbooked and that no rooms were available. I can understand why this was a big deal along time ago. If you have AI ask 3 questions. What kind of motel was it when first built. What's one if the major problems that Palm Springs has with older buildings in the city Palm Springs. What would it take to bring back.

Das war das mit großem Abstand schlechteste Motel unserer Rundreise. Es war ekelhaft dreckig im Zimmer,die Handtücher hatten gelbe und rote Flecken. Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft brütend heiß,da die Klimaanlage ausgestellt war (bei Außentemperaturen von ca. 43 Grad!). Zerrissene Vorhänge mit fragwürdigen Flecken und abgeranzte Möbel-insgesamt eine Atmosphäre wie in einem Horrorfilm. Zu allem Überfluss wurde beim Check-in eine Kopie meiner Kreditkarte gemacht! Sehr unseriös

All the front desk staff were fantastic, evening and morning, very welcoming and nice. However, I have a suggestion: please consider updating the bedspreads, as they are quite old and seem to be from 1981. It wouldn’t cost much to replace them with new ones. Overall, the hotel is okay, but if they could provide rooms that match the photos, that would be greatly appreciated
