THIS IS ONLY GETTING 4 stars because I love and enjoy all of the residents I work with and my co workers, they’re almost family. Management on the other hand is horrible and has been since I started (just giving my opinion), also they sometimes come off very rude on how they speak to the employees. Hoped it would’ve gotten better all of the other times I brought it up! I feel like corporate should be talked to. Nonetheless I will continue to fulfill my job and take care of the residents!
I am the Service Director for a company that manages the service for the bus that Cambridge House uses to transport their valuable clients to doctor appointments and other places to assist their residents.
