Ótimo hospital, muito limpo, organizado e equipes excelentes, fui bem atendida durante toda a minha estadia,nada a reclamar.
The clinical areas are great but the patient rooms are deplorable. They were not clean, odd smells and the best of the best there was a mouse in my room. When I mentioned to a nurse I had a visitor they responded you saw a mouse how gross? So among the staff it doesn’t seem to be a secret. Also, for me the nurses and staff were great but I had issues with then”team” taking care of me. Wish I had a picture of the mouse but couldn’t catch him scurry in and out from under the window HVAC.
