Horrible management. Never work for them!
The place has gotten worse. Dawn and Wanda are gone. Heather is the new office person and treats employees like they are stupid.

Consider that one star also removed] I have been a client with Cambridge for a number of years, and it pains me to feel I must consider changing services. The lack of respect that has developed in the office staff, the way they blame the client if he or she is upset because once again a particular aide, known for a history with this client for being late or not showing up at all, yet once more today was not to the client’s home on time but over 20 mlinutes late... read more
Very sad that a service that is supposed to provide assistance to the elderly or disabled has no regard for their basic needs. Frequently aides are scheduled and don't show for shifts, there are gaps in schedule and no aides are scheduled because they "don't guarantee care", and the list goes on unfortunately. The majority of the aides were satisfactory on an individual basis (the ones that showed and were on a schedule). Very poor managerial operations.
