Called in for a simple question as to the thickest osb they carry. She went out back but came back with an answer that didn't make sense as to what I was asking. I repeated the same question and was told to go check online. Will buy it somewhere else thanks.
I had the most pleasant experience here. I got a quote on a vanity through Del. She was so thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant. She gave me many different options regarding colours ,handles, etc. It is so nice to go into a business and the person you’re speaking with can answer every question and they know exactly what they’re talking about. My god. Why are the employees so miserable. It's not hard to smile and show a tiny bit of customer service. No wonder home hardware isn't doing well anymore. Asking for assistance seems to be such a hassle for people here. Won't be back.
I was impressed with the quality and professionalism of management and team members. I was in a position where the paint project was not going well until I spoke with the staff at South Cambridge location. They helped me greatly and the project was a success. I would highly recommend if you need help ( and quality products). Thank you
