I want to share my positive experience with the amazing staff at Cambridge Home Hardware. Even in the pouring rain, the staff were pleasant and went out of their way to help me get mulch. Huge appreciation to the man with the mustache (sorry I didn’t catch your name) who brought the bags of mulch out to my car and helped pack them in, all while there was a severe thunderstorm going on. If you’re looking for a place with a genuinely supportive team, you’ll be pleased to shop at this place!
Not a pleasant experience at this store when I returned a $7 item. Not a very pleasant person that I dealt with. They gave me the 4th degree and made it sound like I was at fault the part was defective. They basically told me they didn't care if I ever came back. This was over a $7 item that was clearly defective! Last time I go there for anything. They must not need the business.

Carries all home renovation and maintenance essentials at good prices. I've always had exceptional experiences with all of the support staff -- the offer up assistance readily and are usually quite knowledgeable. Some of the younger folks obviously don't have tonnes of actual experience but they're generally quite keen and know the limits of what advice they can provide. I've =never= had to look around for help, there's always someone ready -- a huge difference from the big box stores.
