Caring and friendly staff.
The receptionist or whomever answers the company phone was foul. Very unprofessional. I called requesting a fax number and she was very short in her responses and very rude. Not a good first impression at all and if the front desk is rude and impolite like she was, then I could assume the caregivers wouldn't be far from the same. There is definitely a reason this company has such poor reviews.
