The property itself is well maintained; however, any interaction with the management office is extremely disappointing. On multiple occasions, the woman who answers the phone demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism. She consistently speaks over callers, dismisses legitimate concerns, and shifts blame rather than providing assistance. Her tone is rude and confrontational every time I have called. Great place
Parking has become an issue with management not enforcing parking regulations. Overall a great neighborhood & Nutley is a great location for families and just every day individuals, never had any issues, local law enforcement great job 👍🏾
I have lived in Cambridge Heights for a month and on Halloween afternoon a neighbor stole a beautiful pumpkin full of candy. Cambridge Heights a "private" neighborhood with thieving neighbors and bad habits.
