Doctors are awesome but support teams are terrible (billing, etc.). I'm writing this review in the hope that they will do something to improve the service. We've been with them for 2 years for their pediatrics services, and will stay because we love the doctors, but it is a struggle to get the right bills to the insurance and to us. There is always something wrong with either the insurance or the My Chart Account, and it takes tens of phone calls to fix those problems.
The front desk at this clinic is absolutely awful. Do not call to make an appointment, as you will be on hold for literal hours, until the phone service closes for the day. Also don't try to schedule in MyChart unless you are able to sit by your phone without looking away lest you miss a call from the team in response to your appointment request.
