I cannot express enough my utter disgust and distress with my stay at Cambridge Garden Apartments in Cameron Park. It is my duty to warn potential renters about the hazardous conditions and neglectful management (Charles Kline and Sandy Nane) that I encountered during my time at Apartment #4. Awful laundry space you have to put your clothes through twice in the dryer to have them semi damp then I have to dry then myself

Horrible management. The grounds are not up to code, there are hazards everywhere. The grass has completely burned away and they have no intention of fixing it. The laundry rooms work only about 50% of the time and they recommend you not do your laundry there, even though it part of the rent. They filled the spa in with dirt rather than fix it. They have been "painting" the apartments for over a year, it's half painted and terribly done. Frequent crime. The parking lots are often targets for criminals, but they refuse to put... read more

Horrible apartments, maintenance "fixes" everything very poorly. Wood glue is one of their most used "tools". The neighbors are a bunch of drunks and tweakers, the walls are extremely thin, there are ant problems that never go away and people break into the cars at night on a regular babmsis...management does nothing .
