I love living here since day 0! Very spacious floor plans and very competitive pricing! Gas, water and trash is included with utilities! If you're looking for a place to live, and if you're lucky enough to find an opening, take it right away!!! They accept zelle for monthly rent payments which is very convenient. My husband and I have lived here for just over a year and we really like it. The price point is reasonable, staff is VERY responsive when we have an issue like a clogged sink and they are very friendly and know their tenants by name. There's plenty of parking and the apartments are very spacious, with high ceilings in the upstairs apartments. They are pet friendly and family friendly as well. There is a pool and plenty room for kids to play around safely.
If your looking for a great apartment in west covina area come to check these units out. We have spacious one and two bedroom units available. Good management and very attentive to the needs of the tenants. Local to Elementary middle and high schools. I'd definitely come take a look for yourself in your in the market for a great rental in a quiet area.
