My truck was towed to this dealership by Ford Roadside assistance. The truck was completely dead after a software update. That was on September 25, and I got it back Oct 6. They put in a new battery and updated the software related to the camera (a recall). That’s 11 days to change a battery. No communication and no customer service. No one asked how I was getting home after the tow. No one explained the invoice when I arrived to pick it up. Avoid this dealership.
Took my car (I bought at this location) for a repair August 29 for the air conditioner to be repaired they said they needed to order parts and would call me back it is now October 3 and I still have not received a call back to repair my car its sad that this location the sales department is awesome but the service department needs to be looked at its not just this time we use this location for our work vehicles will not be bringing them back here for services. CAMBRIDGE FORD DO BETTER !!
