Best service department I've been to in a long time, the techs are knowledgeable by various degrees, work is always done on time
We had my daughter's 2014 Focus in all day for 2 extended warranty reviews. One was for a canister purge valve and the other for transmission control module (TCM). The vehicle has a shudder or intermittent transmission engagement issue during acceleration and turning corners. This exact issue is described in the extended warranty notice. When setting up the service appointment they were very polite and helpful. Picking up the vehicle afterwards, we'll that is a different story.
