☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with the service at Cambridge Ford. Our new Bronco Sport was supposed to have the trailer hitch installed at pickup, but it wasn’t done. We then had to make another appointment, and they have now had the vehicle for two days with no communication. We called multiple times for updates and were told someone would call us back in five minutes after checking — that never happened. We had to call back ourselves to find out what was going on. I had a great experience purchasing my new Ford Bronco. We felt welcomed when we walked in the building. We were greeted by an awesome sales consultant Anthony Sarrecchia. Noah Legge took care of us for our financing and was extremely pleasant. Our day of pick up was extremely smooth, it almost felt like it wasn't real. I would highly recommend going in there to check them out
Absolute waste of time. Their service is terrible. Booked service for two weeks out and then when I arrived I was met with rude attitudes and then after waiting for 40 minutes I was told they don’t have the parts available? Don’t waste your time going to this dealer as they have no respect for customers time.
