I recently leased a new van with Cambridge Ford. I work specifically with Ryan Leith. He was tremendous in his service. He took time to give me an array of options. He up-fitted the van with shelves and a exterior wrap. It was a great overall experience.
I would definitely recommend this dealership as they have the greatest sales team. Zeiad was extremely friendly and made it easy to find the perfect car. He was very professional and patient with me while I asked many questions and compared different vehicles. Because of him the car buying process was easy and fun rather than stressful!

Went to Ford official dealer for service (oil change) for my friend. A few days after picking up the car, he discovered that tools left in the trunk were missing. The dealer checked the parking area/cameras but claimed nothing could be seen. We’re convinced someone knew how to do this, but the response from the dealer was not helpful. Service could be more professional and customer-focused. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer based on my experience.
