My wife and I recently toured Cambridge Faire Apartments with Dakotah, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, Dakotah was kind, patient, and professional. Worst apartment ever . RUN AWAY The gate is always broken, there’s no real service provided to residents, and the office staff is extremely rude. The management team, especially Rachel and Kotah are unprofessional and untrustworthy. They add hidden fees to your account and when you ask what they’re for, you don’t get any answers. Emails and calls are ignored, and there’s never any follow-up on issues.

I wish I could give this place a negative 5 stars, but unfortunately, that one star will have to do. This has been one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve ever had. The management team, especially Rachel Boyd (Property Manager) and Kotah Torres (Assistant Property Manager), are extremely unprofessional and unresponsive.
