My wife and I recently toured Cambridge Faire Apartments with Dakotah, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, Dakotah was kind, patient, and professional. He was incredibly informative—so much so that he answered most of our questions before we even had the chance to ask. Worst apartment ever . RUN AWAY The gate is always broken, there’s no real service provided to residents, and the office staff is extremely rude. The management team, especially Rachel and Kotah are unprofessional and untrustworthy. They add hidden fees to your account and when you ask what they’re for, you don’t get any answers. Emails and calls are ignored, and there’s never any follow-up on issues.
I wish I could give this place a negative 5 stars, but unfortunately, that one star will have to do. This has been one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve ever had. The management team, especially Rachel Boyd (Property Manager) and Kotah Torres (Assistant Property Manager), are extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. The gate to the complex is always broken, and management does nothing—to this day. The pedestrian gate looks locked but isn’t, and they’ve ignored fixing it for years. When you bring up concerns, their attitude is rude and dismissive. There used to be a helpful guy named Dakota, but he's gone now and the current team is awful. My car got towed (because they cut down a tree!) and I had to pay to get it back. Not worth the headache.
