The gate to the complex is always broken, and management does nothing—to this day. The pedestrian gate looks locked but isn’t, and they’ve ignored fixing it for years. When you bring up concerns, their attitude is rude and dismissive. There used to be a helpful guy named Dakota, but he's gone now and the current team is awful. My car got towed (because they cut down a tree!) and I had to pay to get it back. Not worth the headache. The management is great! They fix things in a timely manner.
My boyfriend and I visited the grounds accompanied by Dakota. He was absolutely fantastic. He answered every question that we had with full transparency and was very friendly and helpful. We’re just looking for now but strongly considering Cambridge Faire.
I would give this rating a zero but you have to hit something! I regret moving into this apartment complex. First of all, the management is unresponsive and unhelpful. Any time there's an issue, it takes forever to get resolved, if at all. The maintenance team seems understaffed or just doesn't care, because the things that were messed up in my apartment they refused to fix until I left! They have a mold problem that they also try to cover up and the “upgrades” aren’t the best either. The rent is ridiculously high for the qu... read more
