This review is long due. I have been coming for a few years now and this has always been my favorite eye place. I have moved to another state - but am still coming back because my experience here just cannot be replaced. Doctor was great and knowledgeable. They have several doctors I see a different one than my son who sees the pediatric doctor. All of them are great and really knowledgeable, and just plain nice and helpful.
great experience getting my eyes checked out! the staff were very friendly, and the doctor allowed me to ask all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. would recommend!
I am posting anonymously and posting a year and a half late out of fear of retaliation. Other comments regarding scammy billing practices are absolutely correct. After my visit, my insurance company let me know that I was actually owed money from the practice. What the front desk had me pay after the visit was higher than necessary. I called the practice multiple times to discuss this and was repeatedly told that the billing manager was unavailable. Office staff was so kind and helpful. Charles was so helpful and spent time helping me with my selection. I am very pleased with service and quality.
I was highly dissatisfied with my visit to this optometrist. Their lack of professionalism was alarming, and I felt that they were engaging in unethical behavior regarding insurance practices. I cannot recommend this provider.
