Office staff was so kind and helpful. Charles was so helpful and spent time helping me with my selection. I am very pleased with service and quality.
I was highly dissatisfied with my visit to this optometrist. Their lack of professionalism was alarming, and I felt that they were engaging in unethical behavior regarding insurance practices. I cannot recommend this provider.
Belmont branch is superb and Liqun Yuan is the best. I can tell that she loves her profession. The way she explains my eye exam and recommendations were valuable. After my exam I had a follow up with her to discuss my bi-focal contact lens, and she meticulously went through every single thing with me. She even wrote down the steps about how to get rid of debris occurs during sleeping.
The Cambridge Eye Group ordered the wrong eyeglass frames. One person wrote up the initial order on a Friday and after the weekend another person input and submitted the order. They will reorder hopefully accurately. Will take a few weeks. Nice employees But...Ugh. Check each other's work for accuracy, please. Numbers matter!
