Excellent service. Every step thoroughly explained. Very happy I found this centre. Dr Hall and staff are so friendly and helpful.
I have always received the best service at Cambridge Eye Care from the receptionists, to the optometrist I see (Dr. April Hall), and those who help with picking out frames - I believe it was Meghan who assisted me and she was wonderful. The overall kindness, expertise, and true sense of care and compassion is unmatched. Good optometrist, great reception, not so good glasses sales or lens fitters. Picked up my glasses, no help with fitment. Ordered extra dark transitions and anti glare. Got light transition and no anti glare. Sales treated us like an inconvenience. Go for the eye doctor but take your prescription somewhere else for glasses.
Always a pleasure to deal with everyone at this clinic. Special shout out to Dr Lennox as she not only does my eye exam but helps decide which glasses look best! Janice Cober
