I've lived here about a month and I love it here.
I am going on my third year here and am very happy! Any maintenance issues I have had have been fixed right away. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. I have always felt very safe. Tomeka and Toia (forgive my spelling) are in the front office and they are awesome! They always greet me by name and keep everything running smoothly!
Don't move here! you will get broken into and robbed... at least twice.
I moved out of Cambridge Downs a year ago in November when Cindy the bi-polar manager was there. When I moved into Cambridge Downs, the complex was awesome, the staff was friendly and accommodating. By the time we moved out, the staff was rude, downright abusive and horrid. I phoned today to ask about a package that possibly had been delivered there and again, things don't change.
