Terrible customer service, unorganized and their communication is not good at all on multiple occasions. Will not be attending this BMV EVER again. Highly do not recommend.

We are very sorry that you didn't hear for us come outside and call your name the first 4 times after you were checked in. When someone doesn't answer or come in after that many times, we have to assume that you decided not to wait any longer. When you came in to yell at the girl that was then at the kiosk, she didn't get a chance to explain that we had no problem taking you next still, even though your turn had passed several times. Hope you had an amazing day otherwise.
Everyone I have delt with there has been great. I'd rather visit this one instead of the Upper Sandusky one.

my question is if a person is on disibility and the real estate license is in inactive status then why are we required to complete ce and pay renewal fees that we can not afford. this is wrong .

The testing agents for the drivers exam are rude and extremely disrespectful. I have never been talked to so rudely by a public employee.
