I drive from Oakland to go see Dr. Yen because I appreciate his approach and attitude toward patients. He is the only dentist I've had who does the cleaning part, which I think contributes to his high attention to detail. I feel respected as a patient when he helps me come to my own understanding of a diagnosis by showing me everything he sees in the photos and making sure I fully understand what is going on and why he recommends what he's recommending. Dr. Yen is a savior. I chipped my tooth Saturday night, left a message, and he came in on Sunday to patch it up. Super thankful to the team for taking care of me. Would recommend to anyone!
I was initially nervous about seeing a dentist or any health care provider after the pandemic but Dr. Yen and his team were all extremely professional and made me feel comfortable. Would recommend for anyone trying to get a check up if it has been a while.
