Great management. Quiet neighborhood.
I have been living here for around 10 months and all I have to say is wow. Building maintenance and staff are great and the little community culture is great and welcoming.
I lived year eleven years ago, as a single mom pregnant with twins and I was overwhelmed and stressed and Nicole (same Nicole that is the current manager) was so amazing, compassionate, empathetic and professional. I moved after a few years to a house and then decided to move back to Cambridge due to the responsibilities of a house being too much. I have lived here over 15+years. To the reviewers that complained about rent going up every year. Well let's think about this. Your property taxes go up...your utilities..your garbage your water bill. I have never lived anywhere where this has not been an issue. It's called being an adult. As far as Nicole the property manager, I personally have been here when other managers have failed so badly. She truly cares about this property and what happens here.
