I have lived here over 15+years. To the reviewers that complained about rent going up every year. Well let's think about this. Your property taxes go up...your utilities..your garbage your water bill. I have never lived anywhere where this has not been an issue. It's called being an adult. Great manager and nice maintenance staff beautiful townhouses
No lock on the main doors and they let people sleep in the halls and laundry rooms.
