—This apt service is not good —If you have any problems then nobody taking action about it — whoever the manager here they don’t care about anything — also they don’t available in office too — they don’t answer by calls — they don’t answer by email too — and also the maintenance service is not good. It’s too bad. — I need help about my dryer, but I called lots of times I sent the emails But they not answering me — it’s too bad service here
Do not believe this place when they tell you the buildings are smoke free. If you're unfortunate enough to have a pothead neighbor your whole unit (as spacious as it is) is going to reek of weed. I have two air purifiers and it's still not enough. The whole hallway from the first to the third floor will also reek 24/7.
It’s been 6 months and everyone here at the management team including maintenance, has been working hard to help me and my family transition from the DMV area, very grateful!
When we first moved in to Cambridge court 8years ago the management team was awesome. More recent the last few years have been horrible with the new management starting with the lease manager Patti and the maintenance guy Joe her husband. The two are some of the most unprofessional and lazy members of the management team. She never ever answers the phone or leaves the office. Stayed here a year, if I wasn’t moving closer to family I would of stayed. Entire process from approval to leaving was smooth. Property is very well kept & they are always doing upgrades. Renovated units are beautiful! Neighbors are friendly & Patti & the maintenance guy are the awesome!!
