Nurse samantha has 0 compassion when dealing with patients. Medical assistant tucker is unprofessional. James Hirsch laughed at me, and mocked my systems. The office will quote "legality" but make no attempt to help patients get the care they need, instead will throw roadblocks to postpone a needed medical procedures. If you value privacy in your medical care, do not go here. Find any other office, this one will leave you frustrated and without the care needed.

If you're serious about your health or trying to get it under control. Do not go to Galindo. Unless you want 2 of three appointments cancelled. Makes it kind of hard to be serious about your healthcare when your Dr can't be bothered to keep appointment's. Only thing that even makes it one star is the nurses are extremely nice.
Dr. Autumn Galindo. She did refill 1 of my medications but forgot 2 of them. The 1 she did refill, she was not prepared as she did not do a prior authorization that was do November of 2022. Now my medications are messed up again. Communication complications at its best. She wasn't prepared when she came in. I almost passed away 4 days ago in the hospital. I feel I wasn't taken seriously at all. Not a nice first time meeting a new doctor. The office manager can't even control their doctor.
