Dr Shawn and Dr John have been in the game for a while. They know what they're doing, very professional and they love what they do. I worked for Dr. John for a few years and learned a lot during that time. You can't go wrong choosing them. The best in Cambridge.
Went today for my first visit and Dr Shawn was awesome. She was very thorough and took her time with me. Her treatment was perfect and my pain was in half within 10min. Don't understand some other reviews because they did take ny credit card and I was seen same day for treatment. Looks like maybe other chiropractor who they list in their complaint sent them. Upsetting to me because I received completely opposite to what they stated and because of them I almost didn't go. Honestly shouldbbe illegal and shame on you!
Terrible customer service. They didn’t call my insurance to verify benefits on Friday. They never confirmed my appointment time or date or the proper address. Google maps has their info wrong. When I explained to the front desk he was rude and talked over me. They didn’t tell me to bring any cash because they don’t take debit cards. My ID is from Texas and the guy told me to go back there.
