Called to ask about an install. I let him know that GMC has most of the sub hookups under the rear seat as they sell a factory sub for that truck. His exact words to me were "if you are an expert why dont you just install it yourself?" I wasn't even rude or anything just letting him know that the truck is a easy install and I just dont have the time to do it myself. I was a little nervous given some of the reviews, but they did not match my service. I have 3 dashcam's installed in3 different models of vehicles. All were done at the price quoted and within the installation time Gary quoted. Very happy with my decision to have this done at this shop.
Pathetic experience ! The owner was so rude in all his conversations.. felt bad after visiting
Customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE.
