I am really surprised to see such comments on these apartments. Fortunately, my experience was good, really good. These apartments are good, spacious, perfect for any needs. I was on rentals during the time where the owners were super awesome and helpful during covid. I never came across any sort of complains whatsoever during my stay. Definitely recommend. The potholes were removed most of them to my knowledge. They fix things quickly when you need them to. Almost the same day. Renovations were done maybe last year. Hardwood floors and black fridge etc are nice. Some of the porch lights don’t work due to an electrical problem the whole apartment has so it can get very dark at night time, might want to consider adding your own lighting at night above your apartment. There is patrol a few nights out the week. A lot of people will sit outside on the porch all the time in the day.... read more
