My experience at Cambridge Biotherapies was beyond exceptional. I had such a positive and healing experience with my treatment as well as my interactions with all members of the staff. If you are expecting to use insurance to cover treatment, look elsewhere for your own sanity. I have wasted over two months on insurance appeals simply because their Director of Operations does not know how to do their job. While insurance companies get a lot of hate, in this case, the Director of Operations appealed for treatment 4+ times without addressing the insurance provider's concerns (I met all clinical criteria but director did not demonstrate this).
