The WiFi goes out constantly and for long periods of time.
Horrible, the palms management specifically is awful, they added pet fee charges for months onto my account when I don’t have a pet, and never answered the phone or called me back. The only response you’ll get is from their “AI” phone keeper. I would recommend living at Axis, their management was top tier.
This place is trash. They have terrible upkeep, and there have been multiplications where their internet has been down for an entire day and no one has came to fix it. The don't keep up with orders either. If you put in the work order there's a high chance it's going to take at least a month for it to be addressed. The only good thing about this apartment complex is the front desk receptionist people are good to talk to, other than that I would not advise living here.
