tha hood – believe what you hear went 3 wks without air in the summer,they dont fix anything but when you move out the wanna charge you out the a$$ gunshots all nite, police, breakins, crackheads gone wild, noisey. military stay away i thought it was ok because i checked it out during the day plus you get the discount but once it gets dark its not worth it
BECAREFUL – I LIVED IN CAMBRIDGE ARMS ABOUT A YEAR AND A HALF AGO AND I LIVED IN A TOWNHOME THEY NEVER FIXED ANYTHING IN THERE. MY BATHROOM TUB IN THE HALL WAS NEVER USEABLE, MY AIR FILTER NEVER GOT CHANGED.MY APARTMENT GOT BROKEN INTO 3 TIMES THEY NEVER DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I DIDNT RENEW MY LEASE BUT THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS
