I’ve been here for a few years and originally I wrote a kind of a crappy review, but I definitely have to take that back now the office staff have been so incredibly helpful. I had some stuff happened with my kids and they posted resources for me and even though I was behind on rent allowed me to make a payment And they were super supportive and always very communicative even if I was frustrated. This place is awful. My son who struggles with his mental health and his father killed himself and gave him his vehicle. Well this place in particular the maintenance guy harassed my son and had his truck towed for no real good reason so he lost the truck his father gave him. Then some guy was dumpster diving and my son was just taking out the trash someone here called the police and had my son arrested which he is still in jail. Manuel the maintenance guy is the best!!! He is very nice, helpful, and respectful person & very hardworking always seeing him help everyone thank you for always fixing anything we have issues with!
Manuel the maintenance guy knows his stuff about fixing appliances and such. He immediately knew what the problem part was on our dishwasher, was in and out very quickly and professionally. When he received the replacement part he immediately came over and got it going. Very happy with service!
I love Brittany she is an outgoing, personable,and kind.She makes Cambridge feel like home.
