Place was great except for the black .mold
I really like the location on the west side of town. Close to schools and a grocery store. New paint and carpet in the apartment. Maintainance kept up and didn't have to mow the lawn. Landlord was really nice always asked if there was anything I needed. I recomend this place to anyone looking for a quieter side of town.
Not the nicest place to live, but perfect for our needs. (Young couple on a tight budget.) Maintenance was quick to respond, and very friendly. We didn't interact with Rick (landlord) much, but we liked him every time we spoke with him. People complain about him being unfriendly, but that's often the tenant's fault. We always paid our rent on time and followed the things we signed in the lease, and he was great to us. People who are obnoxious tenants are probably going to be treated as such.
