RecommendedNothing but good things to say about our experience living here. We had a great downstairs apartment with a great view of the courtyard. Anytime I had issues it was handled ASAP. They even cleaned and washed the breeze ways during the time we lived there. There way not a day that went by that I didn’t see maintenance keeping up the property. I would recommend living here to any of my friends and family. Way to go Cambridge and Crew.

I give these apartments a bad rating for them to be in Flowood. Why? Because 1) the streets inside are messed up, i thought i was riding on Jackson Streets. 2) nobody comes and blow off the stairways or steps. 3) they are not handicap friendly nor sympathy for any one with a disability. 4) They have a place for dogs to go and poop but they dont enforce it. so you may walk out your apt and step/smell poop. 5) they have old appliances, they not up to date. The maintenance staff is awesome, always prompt (unless there's some unforeseeable problem), efficient and definitely courteous. I enjoy my home in this quiet complex.
I've lived here for a year now and love it! Management is always there if I ever need them! The apartments are spacious and so convenient to shopping, restaurants and schools! Love this place! ❤️
