A Horrible Place to Live! Let me say it again.. a horrible place to live!! My boyfriend and I moved into a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit in the Concord West part of the appartments in February of 2005. We should have been tipped off right away by the way things started with the Manager Sue. When we first went in to talk to them about vacancies, we were told that they were having a special and we would recieve $400.00 off of the first months rent. BEWARE completely unprofessional!!! Rental manager took $20 for application and $200 "apartment deposit" for credit check that Cambridge requires, with the promise it would be returned if credit did not pass. 2 weeks now, they are holding paperwork for their next check run, which will be three weeks after initial application. SCAM- UNTRAINED MANAGEMENT STAFF
