Rental manager took $20 for application and $200 "apartment deposit" for credit check that Cambridge requires, with the promise it would be returned if credit did not pass. 2 weeks now, they are holding paperwork for their next check run, which will be three weeks after initial application. SCAM- UNTRAINED MANAGEMENT STAFF
