My roof was leaking again last night I called the office at 8am and Ashley came to my apartment in5 min It got worse so I went to the office She went on the roof herself to squiegi it off That almost stopped all of the leaking for now That girl kicks more butt than a 3 legged ninja
My experience has been above and beyond positive when moving into the complex Management is very professional and when addressing any issues they are very amicable when finding solutions to any problems you bring to their attention when it pertains to maintenance the maintenance guy Joe does quality work and a timely manner and is detailed oriented when addressing the issue, maintenance may leave behind some items leftover from their work but otherwise I couldn't ask for better, it's nothing to just run it back to the office... read more

James is doing an amazing job at pest control. A year ago when he took over there was a problem. Haven't seen any bugs in 9 months. David in the office is awesome. He is very personable and understanding.
