My husband, myself and our furbaby Cash started looking for a place in March. We called and spoke with Dave and setup a time for a walk through. We signed papers and within a week or so we're moving in. Dave Hoffman in the office has been AMAZING! So glad we made that call. Anytime we have an issue or concern Dave makes sure it is resolved quickly. He is going above and beyond to ensure that all tenants (even the 4 legged ones) are happy and safe! My husband and I went and toured the grounds yesterday, and Dave Hoffman was wonderful! We were so impressed! He was positive, happy, and incredibly knowledgable. Although Courtyard wasn't exactly what we were looking for, the touring experience was a pleasure. If you're in the apartment search, I recommend checking out Courtyard. Hopefully you get Dave as your leasing agent.

The leasing agent TyRisha is very helpful and understanding. I have lived here for almost a year, and she has helped me with every situation I have endured possible. She helps in ways that she can and or goes above and beyond for us tenants. Even on bad days, she always has a smile on her face. Definitley have seen a big turn around here at property.
Tyresha was very easy to work with! Got me and my mom right into an apartment so we weren’t homeless and the best part about it all is I can have my fur babies
