I am happy with Cambridge Cleaners. Fast and reliable service at a good price but I recommend bringing cash. My family started using this location eleven years ago and I keep coming back. It is in a very convenient spot on way to united states post office.

My name has 5 letters and I had to spell it out slowly 3 times. All the cleaners I’ve been gives you a receipt and you pay when you pick up your clothes. Was asked if I want two men’s shirt draped?

I’ve really enjoyed this dry cleaner and they’ve done a great job consistently over the past few years. That said, I was disappointed to see a 4% surcharge added to credit and debit card transactions. Seeing the fee applied to debit cards as well didn’t sit well with me. I’ll still continue coming back because I value the business, but this policy was frustrating and worth mentioning as it even applied to debit cards.

Originally, I wrote a 5 star review for Cambridge but I'm retracting that down to minus 1. I had a pair of expensive, black Eileen Fisher pants that I included with the rest of my dry cleaning. I went to pick them up and they were not there and the pants were not listed on the receipt. In hindsight, I had dropped off several items at the same time to be dry cleaned and never stopped to look at my receipt to make sure every piece was listed. Dear Russell, I'm writing to express how incredibly disappointed and frustrated I am with both the quality of your service and your complete lack of professionalism. My girlfriend brought in a dress to be cleaned for an important event. When she went to wear it that night, it was still covered in the same stains and dirt as when we dropped it off.
