Dear Russell, I'm writing to express how incredibly disappointed and frustrated I am with both the quality of your service and your complete lack of professionalism. My girlfriend brought in a dress to be cleaned for an important event. When she went to wear it that night, it was still covered in the same stains and dirt as when we dropped it off. High quality business. Very nice people working there and great attention to detail.
Staff is awesome and personable. Always remember my name and get my order started as I’m walking in which is why I’ve stayed through the surcharging and rising prices but it’s hard to explain this and likely time to move on.
