Wonderful staff. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and efficient. The building is well maintained. The grounds are quite beautiful. The location is convenient with near my shopping, dining and social activities.
I wish I could get underground parking. I should not have to get a year lease for the parking, it makes no sense to me. I could see a 3 month lease.
