My family and I stayed at cambrian place for 3 to 4 years and had an amazing experience. The staff are always willing to go above and beyond to make the tenants feel validated and at home. Whether that is a fast and efficient maintenance request, or friendly service and information at the main office the cambrian place team is always there for their tenants. 10/10 recommend signing a lease with them if you are looking for a wonderful community and convenient location.
It's an incredibly noisy place, and the neighbors don't let you sleep at night. Complaints to the security service don't improve the situation, and lately, the assistant hasn't connected me with the security guard at all. I only get two stars for the good location and the relatively decent apartment, but I would think twice before moving to this place.
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
Heidi and Gloria are a great couple ladies. Welcomed my family and I to our new home and made everything easy for us. Hey I even saved a buck with a discount. Thankyou ladies!
