They ask you to email to submit a complaint and will not reply to your emails. If they have issues with the funding from your regional center and your worker cannot submit hours due to in house issues they still make your worker reapply for re-hire which means you can't access hours your family needs. They provide the opposite of respite when you have emergency surgery and have a loved one pass away.
I have to babysit them. They seem to not do their job unless you’re riding them and calling constantly. Then you call and sit on hold endlessly. There’s also no accountability for anything.
I am truly grateful for this home care agency! The way the office staff, clients, and caregivers communicate is a blessing. They work together to ensure everyone’s needs are met, promoting a joyful environment. It’s clear that they care deeply, and I see God's love in their work. A special thanks to Korina , Araceli and Cindy—they are wonderful care coordinators who go the extra mile to support clients. I highly recommend this agency!
Been told for almost two months they will call me back only to wait and try to call them back instead. however the person to help me was still unavailable keep being told they're in a meeting. they'll call me at the end of it or by the end of the day and turn around and no one calls me back from April to now. there's no reason not to call someone back and even if it's to tell them they have to wait longer. if you tell me you're going to call me to update me because I can't talk to the person that needs to help me because the... read more
