I was up in sudbury from windsor, when my 2022 Bronco transmission blew. i called august 13 to make an appointment, figuring i could get in the service bay the following week, but they had no available appointments till september 12! An entire month. i bought a ford so i could get access the dealership network, i know that this can be an issue for non domestic brands historically. next time, i will buy a toyota.
Warranty was approved thanks BRETT. SERGIO...SANTIAGO..AND THE MECHANIC...FIVE STAR SRVICE.
Purchasing a new vehicle here was okay. Service department and the body shop are a nightmare. I will never be returning to this dealer.
