Slow service, horrible waiting area compared to all other dealers in Sudbury. Not to mention you have to walk way out in the lot to try and find your car when they are done your service. THEN they left the dirty foot carpet, steering wheel Cover a seat cover in my car. Leaving my Clean car to stink like dirty mechanic leftovers. Don’t recommend. Go anywhere else.
Two years ago I stopped going to Cambrian Ford due to poor customer service. However, a year ago I had to go back as I was still having issues with my F150 Lariat not going into 4-wheel drive and when it did, sometimes you couldn't get it out of 4-wheel drive. As winter past I stopped going back to have them try and fix it as it just became very frustrating. I recently visited this dealership with my son to look at a new truck and had an incredibly frustrating experience. To start, parking was a nightmare, with the front lot completely filled with commercial vehicles, making it impossible to find a spot. My interaction with the salesperson, Chris, was even worse. He was only interested in talking about monthly payment numbers for a $100k truck.
