I was sent her from my employer. I was initially contacted by Cambrian Cardiology to set up a QME. Having already completed a QME with another doctor, I questioned why they were calling me. The person who called apologized and disconnected. Rude staff never even greeted me when I walked in,just gossiped a laughed in Spanish. When signed in I was told "the won't be here for an hour is that ok?". If the Doctor was running that late why didn't they call me?I would have called them if I had been even 10 minutes late!

I was referred to Dr. Matthews and found the front desk completely unresponsive and un-friendly. I could not set an appointment for 5 weeks with excuses ranging from our fax machine isn't working to your referral has timed out. Never got a call back when left messages (>10 times) and never felt like customer service is of any consideration.
