Where do I even begin?? Well, I moved into this apartment complex in May of this year, and I have loved every second here since. First and foremost, the staff here are absolutely amazing. My fiancée and I have continuously dealt with nothing but complete disrespect, harassment, extortion, theft, unannounced unlawful entry, and complete incompetence and disorganization since moving to Oakridge, which has been one of the worst experiences of our lives. Don't move here Rene the manager is uncooperative and rude the apartment complex is run down and they only slap on a coat of paint to "fix" it more or less wasting my rent on what I don't know. And don't be fooled if they tell you it's safe cause the cops are always there it's because they are being called there not because they patrol there . In short there are much nicer places in the area for about the same price or cheaper.

This is a MAXX Property. Arbour Ponds rents to anyone. The property has gone downhill and the unit walls are paper thin. They have no respect for longtime residents and are out just for the money. They have been painting the units for over 6 months and no break even during the holidays. The management staff is unintelligent in rental issues and non caring in their manner. Beware of this and any other MAXX Property. Check around.
