Stayed in the presidential suite in December. During our stay we found an empty wiskey bottle behind the bed, a half eaten, rotting kind of fruit behind the curtains, and in the main bedroom there was large crumbs of some kind of food by the closet. Cleaning serivices also happen every 3 days while you are in a room which may be the reason so many things were missed. The breakfast was good and pool was fine though.
Beware of bogus policy regarding local IDs. This hotel refused to check me in because my ID was from Pueblo West. I moved years ago but my ID didn't have my new address. I even tried to show her the confirmation that my new ID had been ordered and she refused to work with me. My room was paid in full and we were sent away at 9 p.m. We drove for hours to get here and turned away to try and find a new hotel. I’ll start out with the positives: the beds and pillows are always great at a Marriott and such they were good here. The layout of the room for a king suite is very comfortable and spacious. The front staff is very nice!! This particular room had black and orange mold growing in the bathrooms and I have included pictures. The shower and tub has multiple broken tiles and missing grout and this is the reason for the low star review for the room itself.
