Nice, fairly new hotel with a decent complimentary breakfast. Great staff. Pool and hot tub with a gym and wash machine. Near lots of restaurants downtown in walking distance, but also near some sketchy bars and liquor store.
My friends from California and Colorado Springs stood here during the Pueblo Chili Festival 2025, so convenient from the festivities, 2 blocks away
The staff is outstanding. I stayed there two months. Some more detail to cleaning needs to be done, but overall great. The cleaning staff was wonderful as well. I was treated with the greatest level of respect. Breakfast consisted of scrambled egg (sometimes a little to scrambled/overcooked. Sausage, Oatmeal (with various spices and berries to add) boiled eggs, waffles, juices and of course much needed morning coffee. I will miss not staying there. This particular location has very poor customer service. I regularly stay at Marriott hotels, and generally they are a good experience. The information about my "flexible rate" stay and ability to change my reservation was incorrect and the staff made no effort to help. Do not recommend.
My nonverbal, wheelchair bound child was stuck in the room in bed when the building water was turned off which caused big delays in my needs for her. They extended my checkout twice. As checkout time heard, I blocked the door from shutting so I wouldn't get locked out and told cleaning staff. The time expired before I returned 3 minutes late.
